We recommend you have a series of coach sessions. As client and coach, we will both work together to complete the steps highlighted in – ‘Your coaching sessions’.
We recommend you have a minimum of 3 coach sessions to see the benefits it will have in your life.
Sessions are approximately 1 hour long and are always kept confidential. Your coach will tailor a program individually to the goals of each client’s needs.
